We’re starting a group in Hesston! Come one, come all to be supported on your food peace journey.

Group max size 5-7 participants

If you’re interested in the group and want to check your insurance, ask for an insurance verifcation form with the exact questions to ask.

You’ll ask about CPT code 97804 (group Medical Nutrition Therapy) and your diagnosis code (the following diagnosis codes often get coverage if applicable):

• Blue Cross Blue Shield: Z71.3 (or a medical diagnosis code such as diabetes, hypertension, etc.)

• United Healthcare / UMR / Bind / Surest: E66.9 (if ob*se - yes, we hate this word, but insurance companies use it and it often provides unlimited visits, so…) or another medical diagnosis code

• Cigna & Medicare may also cover.
